Shawn Weatherill

Shawn Weatherill is a twenty-three year veteran to education. His leadership and implementation of a systems approach in middle and Title One elementary schools has shown marked improvement in student achievement. A successful administrator and teacher, Mr. Weatherill offers others confidence by helping them see the logic behind the pursuit of systemic change. As a consultant, Mr. Weatherill serves on a Superintendent search team for small rural school districts and currently serves Focal Point as a Senior Associate.
