Call for Presenters

November 1st and 2nd at the Adams 12 5-Star Conference Center

 

This major educational conference in Denver Colorado features well-recognized instructional experts and professional developers. We also want to highlight the expertise and success of local educators. We are looking for teachers and administrators from Colorado who are willing to share their successes and best practices with their colleagues.

 

Breakout sessions for local presenters are one hour and fifteen minutes in length. The broad theme of the conference is “Leadership for Student Achievement.” 

 

Presentation topics may include:

 

Ø  Curriculum alignment and mapping

Ø  Using data to improve instruction

Ø  Conducting effective Professional Learning Communities

Ø  Implementing a Response to Intervention model

Ø  Teaching English Language Learners

Ø  Expanding leadership capacity

Ø  Systems thinking and action planning

Ø  Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships

Ø  Embedding technology into good instruction

Ø  Budgeting in challenging times

Ø  Effective teacher evaluation systems
